PE100 RC is the most modern PE100 material on the market and offers increased possibilities for a longer service life compared to PE100. As the PE100 RC is more resistant to point loads, existing backfill soil can be used to a greater extent if necessary. In the support pack zone, however, we recommend that you always use fractions according to national guidelines.

Pressure pipes made of PE100 RC are flexible and weldable. It provides a system that can better cope with ground subsidence and has the best conditions to fulfil its function even in the event of various types of external influences such as floods, landslides or earthquakes.

Trenchless installations and installation methods have become more common for both economic and environmental reasons. For installations where damage to the pipe cannot be avoided, Hallingplast recommends the use of pipes with an extra-high-strength PP jacket, Hallingplast JAPI. This jacket protects the pipe and creates good conditions for a long service life.
