Hallingplast SESU CABLE (“Self-Submerging PE pipe”) is a cable protection pipe for laying conductors and fibre optic cable under seas and lakes, where the weight is a heavy homogeneous jacket with the same density as concrete and with a selectable weight. This design eliminates the need for special cables or concrete weights in combination with standard PE cable pipes. The weight of the jacket can be tailored to the needs of the project in question. The result is a solution that provides more efficient logistics and smoother handling for the installer, as well as a uniform delivery and a more robust solution for the pipeline owner.
