Hallingplast SRE PEHD is a cable protection pipe made of high-density polyethylene with a smooth inside and outside that can be fully welded to the desired length. It is a flexible and durable cable protection pipe that can reduce the need for bends and has high impact resistance at low temperatures. Hallingplast SRE PEHD cable protection pipe has yellow stripes indicating that it is a cable protection pipe.

Cable protection pipes provide a more efficient installation
The installation process can be streamlined by using cable protection pipes, as you can use existing backfill soil to a greater extent and reduce the installation depth.

Benefits of Hallingplast SRE PEHD:

  • Black with text. Coloured stripes on request.
  • High tensile strength and very good welding properties that make it suitable for guided drilling, for example.
  • Can be butt welded or electro-welded with standard PE welding parts.
  • Great flexibility that can reduce the need for bends.
  • High impact strength even at low temperatures.
  • Homogeneous pipes: SDR11 is classified as an SN64 pipe but in practice has a ring stiffness of SN91.
  • Can be recycled.
  • Suitable for trenchless applications such as guided drilling, ploughing, etc.
