Our own high-capacity production

At our factory in Kleivi, Norway, we maintain full control over both raw materials and final products. With multiple production lines, we can quickly adapt to your needs, supplying PE pipes for a wide range of applications in sizes up to 1,200 mm. Our comprehensive system of high-quality pipes and fittings allows you to consolidate product responsibility with a single supplier – a significant advantage when it comes to guarantees and liability. As our customer, you can be sure that we do everything possible to deliver your products on time and to the right location.

Round pipes ensure fast installation

Round pipes are essential for you to be able to keep your promises, whether you are an installer, welder or pipeline owner. By using the best raw materials – PE100 RC, PE100 and PP – and applying a slow cooling process with both internal and external cooling, we can ensure pipes with very low tolerance levels and minimal ovality. This results in round pipes that enable efficient installation, one of the most cost-driving factors in pipeline construction.

In addition, we place significantly higher demands on our products than industry standards require. A prime example is our PE100 RC pressure pipe systems, which have a maximum ovality tolerance of just 1.5%, far stricter than the standard tolerance of 3.5%.

Hallingplast holds extensive stock in both Norway and Sweden, ensuring quick deliveries and seamless stock replenishment. In addition, we only cooperate with Nordic transport companies that use modern trucks specialised in pipe transport.
